Information You Submit
A name, location, or other query entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy policy controls its collection and use.
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the message and any contact details long enough to respond and manage the exchange. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Automatic Technical Data
Ordinary server, analytics, and browser technologies may record:
- IP address;
- browser name and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent;
- the referring page or site, when supplied; and
- date and time stamps.

Links may lead to the Rawlins County roster, Kansas courts, KDOC and KASPER, BOP, ICE, other government portals, news publishers, or outside search tools. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination’s privacy terms apply. Kansas Open Records Act provisions, including K.S.A. 45-217 and 45-221, govern access questions directed to Kansas public agencies; they are not this private site’s privacy policy.
Advertising partners may use their own technology to follow activity across websites and select targeted ads. That collection occurs on their systems under their policies.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be available to:
- search partners that process a submitted query;
- analytics providers measuring site use;
- advertising networks serving or measuring ads; and

These rights do not control records held by the Rawlins County Sheriff, Kansas courts, KDOC, BOP, ICE, or another independent source.
